She has since shared this blend  throughout history with us, so that we too can experience the benefits of her ESSIAC Blend. These specific herbs are the key to this optimal Blend.

A blend of Certified Organic ingredients: Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrell, Slippery Elm, Turkey Rhubarb.

Simply mix the pack of 30g into a saucepan with 2 litres of filtered or spring water. Bring to the boil. Turn off. Sit covered for 12 hours. Re heat to just boiling. Turn off. Cool. Strain and pour into a bottle to keep in the fridge.

Take 2 tablespoons twice a day (morning and night before food).
