Receive free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.  Please see below shipping details for your location.

If you wish to ship your order to a location outside the above options, please email customer service on hello@optimalherbs.com.au and we can arrange a suitable shipping service.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we can offer a credit voucher for the full amount.

Please note, we do not offer a full refund for change of mind, a full refund will only be accepted if the purchased item is faulty.

To make a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, on hello@optimalherbs.com.au. Provide us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note, we do not cover the cost to return items.
